Design, landlord/building approvals and construction under one accountable team — sized to your unit, from a studio to a full 3BHK.
An example unit renovation — layout opened up, finishes upgraded, storage reworked.
A studio and a 3BHK aren't the same project — here's roughly what each typically involves.
Open-plan living, kitchenette and bathroom — the fastest turnaround of the four.
Our most common apartment scope — living, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
Family-sized layouts, often including a second bathroom and layout changes.
Our largest standard apartment scope — full-unit renovation, top to bottom.
*Indicative scope by unit type — every quote is confirmed against your specific unit and building requirements before work begins.
Getting landlord and building-management approval right the first time is usually the difference between a smooth renovation and a stalled one.
No coordination between multiple contractors — your designer and your builder are the same people.
A single point of accountability from design through handover, on one contract.
Design decisions are developed with your building's rules and execution in mind from day one.
Procurement, MEP, construction and finishing managed together, not handed off between vendors.
Brief, budget and unit type.
On-site survey and constraints.
Layout and material direction.
MEP drafts and firm pricing.
Sourcing and single-team build.
Snagging closed, keys delivered.
It depends on scope and how much layout change is involved, but apartment renovations are generally faster than full villa renovations. We give a firm, unit-specific timeline after the site assessment — not before.
In most buildings, yes — a landlord/building-management NOC is required before renovation work can start, and some works may need DEWA or Civil Defence sign-off. We handle this as part of the turnkey scope.
For lighter renovations, sometimes. For full-unit renovations involving flooring, MEP and layout changes throughout, most residents relocate for the construction phase. We'll advise once we've seen the scope.
See the unit-type breakdown above — scope scales with bedroom count, from a Studio's open-plan kitchenette-and-bathroom scope up to a 3BHK's full-unit renovation with additional bedrooms, storage and MEP coordination.
